Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

If tracking is available, it will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Smorva is not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments due to unpaid fees.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, Smorva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a courier investigation where possible. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
