Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at smorva@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we will resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Perishable or hazardous goods


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
